Join the Young Professionals of the World Affairs Council of San Antonio during its annual event benefitting Academic WorldQuest, our high school youth program. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at theUniversity of Incarnate Word’s Rosenberg Skyroom. Enjoy a night of international trivia and Brazilian Carnaval-themed bites, drinks, networking, and teambuilding!

We want to see you there! Whether by yourself, with a group of friends (we’ll group smaller teams and individuals with fun new friends), or at your company-hosted table of eight for a night of trivia questions. Categories include Current Events, World History, Famous Faces, and many others! Teams are welcome to dress up in their most festive attire, prizes will be given away for the best Brazil and Carnaval-themed outfits.

By supporting this event through your ticket/table purchase, underwriting, or donation, you are helping the World Affairs Council provide exciting educational and travel opportunities to high school students around the city—help us provide a world-class experience to the youth of San Antonio at Academic WorldQuest.

Our Mission

The mission of the World Affairs Council of San Antonio is to promote public understanding of world affairs and United States foreign policy, and to enhance the ability of its citizens and future leaders to participate in a global community. We accomplish our mission by presenting a lecture series, holding receptions, organizing discussion groups, sponsoring educational outreach programs, and hosting deliberative sessions for young professionals.
